I am currently leading the design effort and product development of Ventric Health’s iPad OS heart monitoring app and admin tools.

My focus involves helping trained nurse practitioners to easily and non-invasively assess cardiovascular health. I work hand in hand with the CTO and lead developer in this small med-tech startup, in an agile environment.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design leadership to evolve Post-Purchase Customer Communications. 

Key Results so far:

• Collaborated on “Herald” design system for Customer Comms.

• Increased open rate by 100 BPS

• Improved Comms CSAT from 4.46 to 4.50

• Decreased Contacts per Order by 5%
